Walk into the Shadow of Mordor and see if you can make it out alone! And yes, I have heard about the whole Assassin's Creed fighting system being used in this game. I really do not feel this is an issue since
A) I have no problem with AC fighting style.
B) When someone works for a company what ever said person creates is owned by said company and they can do with it as they please. So did Ubisoft sell or get royalties from said code? Probably, but that's the way it works.
